The red cardstock is embossed with an open hearts embossing folder that I picked up at Hobby Lobby and the heart stamps are layered in dye inks on a white speckled cardstock strip. That white strip was then sponged on the edges with red ink. The tag is stamped and punched out, tied on with gold & white twine and then adhered with some foam dots for a bit of dimension. Simple and Sweet -Just what a Valentine should be!
Your embossing folder was a great find - love it! I like the way the red background is picked up around the central heart and that draws your eye to it. Great idea to lift the tag as that makes it really pop. Thank so much for joining us at Retro Rubber for this challenge.
