Today's design team project with Happy Little Stampers is all about the tree...a Christmas tree, that is.
This teddy bear stamp from my stash is an oldie but goodie that I got from The Angel Company. I colored him up with water color pencils and fussy cut him out to pop him up on to the card front.
The background I sent through my embossing/die cut machine with the circle tree embossing folder and then swiped a green ink pad across the top. I couldn't decide on where to put my sentiment and which one I wanted to use, so I just left that part for the inside of the card at a later date and time.
That's it for me today -I'll be back next month for another holiday card to add to my stash.

That bear is darling, Kathy, and the background so unique.
ReplyDeleteI love the effect of the ink swiping on the embossed background created. The bear is so cute and I love the way you placed him on that slanted strip of red paper.
